Kababish Restaurant aims to ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
1. Refund Request Period
Customers may request a refund within 7 days of the order date.
2. Proof Requirement
All refund requests must include proof of the issue, which may include:
- Order receipt
- Photos of incorrect or damaged items
- Order number confirmation
3. Card and Online Payments
- Orders cancelled within the first 15 minutes of placement are eligible for a full refund.
- If the order is cancelled after 15 minutes but before delivery completion, a 50% refund may be issued.
- If the order has already been delivered, refunds may not be available unless there is a verified issue with the order.
4. Cash on Delivery Orders
Cash on delivery orders may be cancelled before preparation begins. Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
- Orders refused at delivery without valid reason
- Normal delays caused by traffic or weather conditions
